Instructions:
- Download the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installer by here.
- When prompted save the installer to your Desktop.
- Double click the installer (dotnetfx35.exe) to start the
installation.
- Follow the on screen instructions to install the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
